If you think you have found the same product at a better price from another retailer, we will match it!
It’s easy - all you need to do is contact our customer service team at info@boca-living.com or call 02394 212092.
Let us know the product name and product code from Boca Living, and a link to the competitor's website showing the same product and code (SKU). Our team will check the pricing on the competitor's website, and if their prices are found to be cheaper, we'll prepare a special discount code for you.
How does the price match work?
How does price match work
To honor the price match, please note that the following terms and conditions must be met in order:
- The product has to be exactly the same product (code/SKU number)
- The product has to be available to order online
- The product has to be in stock and available for national delivery.
- The product has to be available to deliver to your postcode from the retailer
- The price being matched has to include all delivery costs and surcharges in pounds/sterling
- The product has to be brand new
- The price being matched has to be a genuine price and not an error.
Please note that the Price Match discount can't be used together with any other discount code.
