Same day dispatch explained
- Order by 3 pm (Monday – Friday) and we will dispatch your order the SAME DAY
- Order on Friday after 3 pm and we will dispatch your order first thing Monday morning
- All orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday
- Deliveries can take 3-5 working days to be received once the order is dispatched
Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual cost for delivery will be displayed during checkout once you have entered your postcode.
We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following delivery partners: XDP, UK Mail, DHL, UPS, and Palletways.
Out-of-stock items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be advised about this in your Order Confirmation email.
Please note: If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will deliver the order in full when all items are in stock. You will be advised about this in your Order Confirmation email.
Delivery locations and exceptions
We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas, we will try to deliver in the timescales above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances, we will contact you to let you always know and keep you updated.
Requirements to sign for delivery
All our items will require a signature, please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered. We cannot stress enough how important it is to check your order on delivery.
Upon delivery (and whilst the driver is still there) we recommend you give your product(s) a thorough all round check as any damage needs to be reported immediately. Once a signature has been recorded by the delivery provider and damage stated afterward is not covered by insurance.
It is also to your benefit to report things on delivery as it can be more expensive to return large items with the need for correct packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it has been rendered unusable, it is your responsibility to obtain the relevant packaging material required for the safe transport of the goods.
Missed delivery
If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further attempts we will make before the items are returned to us. You may be able to collect from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.
