If you change your mind

If you change your mind after placing your order you are still able to make a cancellation, regardless of the reason, without any fee before the item is dispatched. Please bear in mind though that we aim to dispatch your order the same day. Once dispatched, if you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or simply changed your mind, we also allow you 14 days from the day following your delivery to let us know if you want to return your product(s) so long as they are unused.

 

Please be aware if you do change your mind, there are some limitations to this. We are unable to accept back assembled products. The product needs to be dismantled and packaged in a way that it can be returned.

 

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted/canceled items to us, and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us.

Is your item faulty or damaged

Boca Living is committed to delivering goods according to our agreed terms. We strive for punctual and damage-free delivery. If issues arise, contact us at 02394 212 092 or info@boca-living.com for assistance. Our partner factories adhere to top industry standards, minimizing manufacturing faults. Reach out to us promptly for a swift issue resolution.

 

If the products we provide do not adhere to the terms, you possess the following entitlements, alongside your legal rights: Within 30 days of receiving the goods, you will be given the option of receiving spare parts without any inquiries or a full refund.

 

From 30 days after receipt of the goods until 12 months, alternatives like a new product, refund, or partial refund will be provided if spare parts are ineffective.

 

After the first 12 months from receipt of the goods, you may be offered a partial refund, depending on the product and usage. Again, we will still offer spare parts with no questions asked.

 

Where possible, damaged in transit should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, by contacting the customer service helpline on 02394 212 092 or email info@boca-living.com.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item, you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return.

 

Unfortunately, standard post cannot be used to return our items.

 

However, we do provide a courier service for returning unwanted items, and the associated cost will be deducted from your refund. If you're interested in arranging a courier collection, please inform us, and we can provide you with the cost details.
